The only way to know if the radon
levels in your home are elevated
is to perform radon testing.  If radon
levels are unacceptable, mitigation

by an EPA certified professional is

recommended.

Radon is a radioactive, colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas.
It is the second leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking.
An estimated 14,000 people die of radon-related lung cancer
each year.

Radon comes from the natural decay of uranium in the soil,
and enters homes through cracks in the foundation, sump holes,
and other foundation openings.
