We decided to have an
architect design our dream home and then
we began seeking
builders. Two local firms said they really didn’t like the idea of working
with an architect. When we asked

the entire construction phase smoothly
and honestly. He consulted on a regular basis with the architect, looking
for guidance on realizing the design as it was shown
on the plans and what was in our heads. As we went through the
construction, we came to appreciate Keith and his crews’ thorough and
complete knowledge of home construction. Numerous times
he suggested changes they could make to create a better home.
The price didn’t change for us;
the architect was pleased.
When the architect saw the
quality of workmanship that went into
the home, he was surprised and genuinely pleased. He commented

we got was a wonderful design beautifully executed.
